As you might have read in the papers recently, there have been a number of random “cannibal” attacks around the world, and maybe it’s the beginning of a global zombie outbreak. Since there’s a thin line between genius and insanity, it’s not impossible that rum mastermind Martin Cate from Smuggler’s Cove is beyond help… at least judging by one of his latest cocktail creations – The Zombie Apocalypse!
One of the main ingredients is definitely not for the squeamish, as Martin “fat-washes his rum with calves’ brains, then uses the sautéed brain pieces in a ghoulish, grenadine-soaked garnish”.
