French-inspired restaurant Bistro Nouveau closed for good in June last year after six years in business, and the space at Kommendörsgatan 7 in Stockholm hasn’t been used since. However, in the end of September a new tenant will open the doors once again, offering a new, at the moment still secret, concept. The people behind this as of yet untitled venture are none other than Christian Olsson and Kristofer Sandström, who can add it to their already impressive restaurant empire consisting of Vassa Eggen, Tennstopet, Boqueria and Albert & Jack’s. According to a trusted source, former NYC resident Zachary Roberts (Pravda, Extra Fancy) is also involved in the project – so fingers crossed that it will be yet another great destination in the ever improving Stockholm food and drinks scene.
