I found this recipe online a while ago, but didn’t really want to use 3 cl of Angostura bitters in one cocktail, so I was very happy when I found it on the Bar 101 (Stockholm) cocktail menu. Created by Giuseppe Gonzalez from Painkiller in NYC, Trinidad Sour is of course dominated by the Angostura bitters, which gives it a wonderful taste of christmas – highly recommended!
30 ml Angostura Bitters
30 ml orgeat syrup
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml rye
Shake well with ice and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
